We are celebrating Halloween all month long

It is now October so that means that Halloween is just a few weeks away. We are going to be celebrating Halloween all month long on the Disney Photography Blog with some great photos. Both Cory and I have attended Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party this year and have plenty of photos. We will be writing some great tutorials for taking photos at the parties along with showcasing some of the great decorations that can be found in the Magic Kingdom.

So be sure to let us know if there is anything special you want to see showcased from Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party or any tutorials you would like from the event. We will be working on this material all month long.

Have a great day!

I think a very frequently asked question is how to best shoot the Boo to You parade and Headless Horseman. We’ll be attempting it ourselves 2 days from now, wish us luck! :)

I agree with what Crystal said, but throw in HalloWishes as well. Also, are there any “special spots” that are set up for MNSSHP that are must not miss to photograph? And fun decorations that they set up?

I look forward to reading your tips. I have *never* gotten a good shot of the Horseman. Thanks!

Would love to see some good pics of the Headless Horseman too! Do you see a trend here guys? I took a few on a previous trip, but would love to get some better ones. Any techniques you could share would be great! Would also love to catch the sparks from the grave diggers’ shovels in the parade.
